Providing a satisfying service, simple, standard, affordable canvas prints, and reliable home decors/essentials to our customers are our highest ambition. However, it is our commitment to respect every specific demand concerning our products.

Therefore we provide you with the chance to return or exchange the purchased products if they do not fully meet your expectations.

Bear in mind that you can take advantage of this service only 30 days from the date of purchase - directly from ParagonArtsco. Please contact us at, specifying your order number and the exact reason for returning/exchanging. Once your request is received, our customer service representative will provide you with additional instructions to complete it.

We will refund you for the price of your purchase. Unfortunately, original shipping charges and return delivery charges will not be refunded.

You need to know that any product purchased at can be refunded or exchanged within a specified period.

For everything else (with a few exceptions), we again expect returns on items in their complete, original condition and packaging. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a set. They belong together, after all. (For example, if you bought a canvas print and got a shirt for free from any of our discount or marketing e-mails sent to you from our store, you have to return them both at the same time. 

Please take note, customized items (for example, items with your requested design, color, or logo) cannot be returned. These canvas prints, home decors, items, apparels, etc. were made especially for you to the specifications you selected and aren't fit for any other shopper. 


For that reason, we do not accept returns on customized items. Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, may not process your return or exchange, and we cannot guarantee that we will send the non-returnable/non-exchangeable products back to you. We want to avoid that scenario, so call or e-mail us if you have any questions.

In conclusion, we would like to inform you that the process of the returns and exchanges usually takes 10 to 20 business days from the time of arrival of the product at our warehouse.


It is our policy not to accept any products damaged through customer abuse or improper handling. In this case, we can charge up to 50 % of the product's price.

Returns without а valid tracking number are also not refundable. We are sure you understand our motive – in such a case, there will be no proof that it shipped to our warehouse.

In case the customer paid for shipping (Expedited or Registered Air Mail), the original shipping cost will not be refunded, except in cases where the received item is damaged. If this happens with your order, we apologize and appreciate your understanding and assistance in correcting them.

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice to the customer.



From the date of purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. A refund or exchange will not be available after 30 days.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Only partial refunds are granted in the following circumstances: (If appropriate):

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our negligence.

Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

If you purchased the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item has been received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will be notified of your return.
