When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within five days of purchase.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRAMED AND UNFRAMED?

Framed means the artwork is ready to be hung, and the customer possibly needs no additional accessories for it. 

Unframed means artwork is rolled in a tube and will arrive without the frame attached to it except order states otherwise. Like the picture below shows.

 

 

 

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel it within 24 hours or before the product is on its way. Please send us an email with the order number that you want to cancel.

The tracking number related to my order did not work.

Usually, tracking information arrives with little delay in the tracking system. Usually, this delay is between 3-5 working days. If the tracking information is not available in this period, please email us again.

Do I have a money guarantee on this order?

Yes, Of course. You have a 100 % money guarantee on this order.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on your country, but usually from 2-3 weeks depending on the country and the shipping method chosen upon checkout.

How do I pay?

At this time, we accept only PayPal payments. This way, you can get a 100% guarantee for your money.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund when the package arrives in our warehouse.

Can I return an item?

Yes, in 30 days upon delivery, you can request to return the item. If the item is defective or damaged, it is a buyer's (s) responsibility to send it back for inspection and refund.

What are your hours of operation?

We are available 24/7. If you need to reach us, send us an email or leave a message on our website on the "Contact Us" page, and we will get back to you that same day or the next day of business. 

Do you accept Groupons?

No, we do not. We accept gift cards that can be purchased directly on our website.

How do I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order before printed, we can issue a refund. Per usual guidelines, allow 2-3 business days for the credit to be applied to your credit card. If your order has been processed and printed, unfortunately, we can't issue any refunds.

How do I care for my new Canvas?

Our canvases are pretty durable, to begin with, but we do recommend keeping sunlight exposure to the bare minimum and keeping it dry. You can dust your artwork with a feather duster or a soft cloth. The cloth can either be dry or very slightly damp to clean your canvas. Avoid cleaners, solvents, or any other liquids to prevent ruining the canvas.

What are the canvas sizes available?

We can produce custom canvas sizes ranging in various thicknesses stretcher bars from .75" to 2.5" inches thick. The largest print we've done to date was a 10×20 gallery wrapped canvas mural. And that's why we automatically offer various sizes and various canvas prints for you to have a wide range of choices.

How do I use a coupon code?

All coupons should be entered when prompted in the shopping cart before completing the purchase. This action will ensure that the discount or free shipping codes will be applied. If you have a promo code, be sure to enter this into the "Discount Code" so that it's used to your order before completing it. Coupon codes CANNOT be applied nor honored once the purchase is completed. If you have questions prior to your purchase, please don't hesitate to call us or send a message.

What is your return policy?

Bear in mind that you can take advantage of this service only 30 days from the date of purchase - directly from ParagonArtsco. Please contact us at orders@paragonartsco.com, specifying your order number and the exact reason for returning/exchanging.
